Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the Company's global consolidation process, including supervision of consolidations senior accountants/analysts responsible for subsidiary and regional reporting packages
  • Own the preparation and review of consolidating balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows across all domestic and international subsidiaries and operating segments
  • Review and approve IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP consolidation adjustments and reconciling entries for foreign subsidiaries, including identification and documentation of key GAAP differences (e.g., revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, deferred taxes)
  • Maintain and enhance the consolidation adjustment process, including elimination entries, intercompany eliminations, currency translation adjustments, and equity roll-forwards
  • Review and post journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by consolidations staff, ensuring adherence to proper accounting methods and policies across the organization's entities
  • Manage the intercompany accounting process, including intercompany billing, netting/settlement, and elimination of intercompany balances and transactions upon consolidation
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close by establishing, communicating, and enforcing close calendars and deliverables with subsidiary and regional accounting teams
  • Prepare monthly consolidated reporting packages and management commentary on financial results, including variance analysis at the consolidated and segment level
  • Oversee preparation of quarterly consolidating financial statement and footnote support packages used in the Company's external SEC filings (Forms 10-Q and 10-K)
  • Serve as a key liaison with external auditors on consolidation, intercompany, and foreign currency translation matters
  • Partner with international finance teams to ensure local-GAAP-to-U.S.-GAAP/IFRS conversion packages are complete, accurate, and submitted timely for consolidation
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of consolidation systems and chart of accounts structure to ensure scalability across a growing global entity structure
  • Partner with other finance/accounting team members to action accounting changes related to consolidation matters, including scope changes, acquisitions, divestitures, and entity restructurings
  • Assist in the the preparation of certain State and other regulatory financial statement requirements
  • Assist in the annual statutory financial audits and, as needed, on periodic regulatory/compliance audits

Compensation:
  • $150,000- $160,000 Annual Salary
  • Bonus Eligible up to 25%
