Position SummaryLeads the community management organization-driving client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth.
- Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans.
- Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws.
- Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals.
- Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs.
- Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications- 12+ years community/property management with significant multi-site leadership.
- Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record.
- PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership.
Education & Certifications- Bachelor's required; master's preferred.
