Position Summary

Leads the community management organization-driving client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth.
  • Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans.
  • Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws.
  • Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals.
  • Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs.
  • Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years community/property management with significant multi-site leadership.
  • Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record.
  • PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership.

Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's required; master's preferred.
