The
Director of Clinical Services: works closely with all members of the clinical treatment team; implements the policies and procedures for the clinical management of the facility; supervises clinical and recreational therapy activities ensuring the residential program services are provided in accordance with policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws, regulation and licensure/accreditation standards; collaborates with leadership to create a climate which promotes quality treatment for each resident through maintenance of excellence in the milieu and clinical program; interacts with residents in a therapeutic manner at all times and assists other staff to also maintain appropriate boundaries.
