Director of Clinical Services - Private Duty

General Summary

The Director of Clinical Services provides hands-on clinical and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered private duty skilled and non-skilled care within a growth-focused, for-profit organization. This role oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and clinician performance while remaining actively involved in patient care through Start of Care assessments, supervisory visits, and ongoing clinical oversight to support safe, timely, and effective service delivery.

Bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, the Director of Clinical Services collaborates closely with operations, recruitment, and organizational leadership to drive census growth, enhance clinical efficiency, and support sustainable business performance without compromising clinical excellence.
