Responsibilities

Brentwood Hospital is searching for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services to lead a team-focused, therapeutic program that maximizes both patient and employee satisfaction.

The Director of Clinical Services directs and manages an effective organization-wide clinical service delivery system; develops implements, and supervises a quality social services program and other clinical services for psychiatric patients and their families. The DCS serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assures the deliverance of quality treatment to psychiatric and/or chemically dependent patients and their families. The Director of Clinical Services oversees the Social Services, Patient Education, and Activity & Recreational Therapy Departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the Monroe, LA behavioral health marketplace
  • Effectively demonstrate and implement Sales Excellence and Service Recovery standards.
  • Effectively maximizes field-based time while maintaining a daily average of 8-10 individual, face-to-face contacts with assigned referral sources concerning facility programs, philosophies of treatment, and clinical outcomes and satisfaction data.
  • Completes all required reports and requests for information in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to expense reports, sales call plans and post-call follow-up reports.
