Full Job Description
Director of Clinical Services. Empower clinicians, provide compassionate care, and improve lives. As the Home Health Director of Clinical Services, youll oversee clinical operations, mentor and develop nursing teams, drive quality outcomes, and help shape the delivery of exceptional patient care. Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes and the overall success of our care programs.

Your Impact
  • Lead and oversee all direct and indirect patient care services.
  • Mentor, coach, and support Clinical Supervisors and clinical staff to drive exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Manage clinical operations, staffing, workforce planning, and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission requirements.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, patient records, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Drive Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs and performance metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, census management, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain top clinical talent.
  • Lead onboarding, orientation, ongoing education, and competency programs.
  • Build and strengthen referral relationships within the healthcare community.
  • Serve as Alternate Administrator and provide leadership coverage when needed.


Requirements
  • Actively licensed and in good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada.
  • Proven supervisory or nurse management experience leading clinical teams in home health OR extensive critical care experience including ICU or emergency medicine settings; experience with Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Home Health regulations, clinical operations, quality improvement, and compliance standards preferred.
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase preferred.
