Full Job Description
Description

This role is ideal for a professional who believes relationships matter and excellence is non-negotiable.

About the Role

As a Client Service Coordinator (often referred to in our industry as a Client Services Associate or Specialist), you will manage our front desk presence, greeting clients and anchoring our physical office space while executing back-office support. You will work closely with our Director of Client Experience and leadership to ensure that our daily administrative operations reflect the care, precision, and professionalism clients expect.

You are a trusted steward of relationships, details, and follow-through. Your work allows our partners to focus on strategy while you ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every client feels known.

Who You Are

You are calm, capable, and quietly confident. You take pride in doing things the right way - even when no one is watching.

You likely resonate with the following:
  • Precision is personal to you. You value accuracy, organization, and completing complex tasks to a high standard.
  • You lead with emotional intelligence. Clients trust you because you listen well, communicate clearly, and genuinely care.
  • You thrive in responsibility. Managing multiple priorities energizes you when expectations are clear and the mission is meaningful.
  • You are technically fluent. Financial planning software, such as E-money and CRM (Wealthbox) systems, is a tool you use with confidence.
  • You document with excellence. Your notes, records, and follow-ups are thorough, timely, and reliable.
  • You think long-term. You are looking to grow into mastery, leadership, and deeper contribution.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation aligned with experience, judgment, and contribution
  • Performance-based team incentives tied to collective excellence
  • A refined, relationship-driven culture built on trust and high standards
  • A clear path for professional growth, leadership, and long-term impact
  • We actively invest in the growth of professionals who are committed to mastery and excellence.

If you are the right fit, we are fully committed to compensating you in a way that reflects your value.
