Full Job Description
We're looking for a Director of Client Delivery to lead our consulting organization, own the client experience end-to-end, and scale a world-class delivery practice. This is a senior leadership role for someone who operates with both strategic vision and operational discipline-and who knows that exceptional client outcomes start with exceptional people. Candidates must be located in Arizona or Texas! What You'll Do! As Director of Client Delivery, you will set the standard for how we deliver, lead the people who do the delivering, and ensure our clients achieve measurable, lasting results. Client Delivery & Executive Oversight - Own and oversee the full portfolio of client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business outcomes across all accounts - Serve as the executive point of escalation for complex client situations and high-stakes accounts - Drive and maintain 95%+ client retention and revenue retention across the consulting portfolio - Represent the firm at live events, virtual summits, webinars, podcasts, and industry speaking engagements Team Leadership & Organizational Development - Lead, hire, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing consulting team aligned to a Right Person, Right Seat model - Conduct monthly performance reviews, consultant audits, and structured coaching conversations - Build career pathways and succession plans that develop consultants into senior contributors and future leaders - Champion a delivery culture grounded in accountability, client advocacy, and continuous improvement - Drive internal referrals and a raving-fan culture where both clients and consultants actively promote the firm Strategy, Content & Practice Growth - Partner with senior leadership to define consulting strategy, service delivery models, and client engagement frameworks - Lead the development and refresh of consulting content including Virtual Academy materials, webinars, live events, and thought-leadership programs (refreshed every 3-5 years) - Own resourcing decisions, consultant assignments, and project scoping across the portfolio - Identify and activate opportunities to expand client engagements, deepen relationships, and grow consulting revenue What Success Looks Like! - A thriving, engaged consulting team with strong retention, clear development plans, and measurable performance growth - Consistently high-quality client delivery with documented, repeatable outcomes clients brag about - A referral engine-clients who send others, and consultants who do the same - A delivery function that scales with the business without sacrificing quality or culture - Events, programs, and content that attract, convert, and retain ideal clients at every stage of the journey Compensation & Benefits: Compensation - Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 - Total Compensation with Performance Incentives: $130,000 - $150,000+ Benefits - 10 Days PTO Year 1 (15 Days PTO Year 2) + 15 Paid Holidays - 1 half day Friday per month - Monthly Healthcare Stipend - 401(k) with 4% company match - Fully remote - work from the luxury of your home office with a team and culture you'll actually enjoy Support You'll Have - A collaborative, high-trust senior leadership team - An experienced consulting team with a proven track record - Battle-tested systems and frameworks ready to scale - Quality clients who are invested in their results Ready to Lead at the Director Level?
