About the Role: As our
Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to driving revenue, operational excellence, and memorable event experiences. Strong sales in weddings is a must for this role.

What You'll Be DoingLeadership & Ownership- Drive catering and conference services performance through strategic planning and execution

- Maintain accuracy in contracts, event orders, reporting, and documentation

- Experience managing departmental budgets, forecasting, and revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
Technical / Role-Specific Requirements- Strong knowledge of sales in all things weddings, catering, conference planning, and event execution
- Experience managing event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and client communications
- Ability to drive catering revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and business development
- Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and event service standards
- Proficiency in hotel sales, catering, and event management systems (Delphi, or similar platforms preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Education- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
