Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000

About the Role:

As our Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to driving revenue, operational excellence, and memorable event experiences. Strong sales in weddings is a must for this role.

You will shape the vision, strategy, and culture of the Catering & Conference Services function-driving revenue performance, developing talent, and ensuring flawless event execution. What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Ownership
  • Drive catering and conference services performance through strategic planning and execution
  • Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of revenue growth and client satisfaction

Operations & Execution
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering and conference events

Guest & Client Experience

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of sales in all things weddings, catering, conference planning, and event execution
  • Experience managing event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and client communications
  • Ability to drive catering revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and business development
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and event service standards
  • Proficiency in hotel sales, catering, and event management systems (Delphi, or similar platforms preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
