The right person will be someone who likes solving problems, building pipelines, coaching people, working with employers, and turning activity into actual outcomes. Our Concord, CA campus needs someone who can dig in, lead from the front, and help our students move from classroom to career. Salary Range: $85k-$100k annually DOE This position is on ground at our Concord, CA campus Qualifications • Healthcare experience is a plus. • Postsecondary experience is a plus. • Staffing, recruiting, sales, or workforce development leadership experience can absolutely translate. • If you are the kind of leader who sees a challenge and thinks, "I know how to build this".
