Full Job Description
The Director of Business Process is responsible for advancing Real Estate Services' (RES) highest-priority initiatives.

This role steps into complex, cross-functional work to establish structure, drive alignment, and accelerate execution, ensuring changes are not only delivered but fully adopted, stabilized, and sustained within the business.

Operating across Process, Technology, and Communications/Change/L&D, the Director brings strong facilitation, program leadership, and practical execution to high-impact efforts.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery & Change Leadership
    • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through stabilization, aligned to MBO-driven priorities
    • Ensure changes are embedded in day-to-day operations, not just implemented
    • Partner with Communications, Change Management, and L&D to enable effective adoption and reinforcement
    • Achieve measurable, sustained business outcomes through successful adoption, stabilization, and transition to business ownership, with KPI visibility and accountability in place
  • Execution Discipline & Operating Structure
    • Define governance cadence, ownership, and decision-making frameworks
    • Establish and standardize foundational operating practices, including SOPs, job aids, and performance metrics, to improve consistency and scalability
    • Establish visibility into program utilization, adoption, and business outcomes
    • This role will be measured by the adoption and sustainability of the changes it oversees
  • Enterprise Partnership & Cross-Functional Influence
    • Partner with Technology teams to enable workflows, automation, and performance visibility
    • Engage Communications, Change, and L&D teams to support adoption at scale
    • Influence leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes without direct authority

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex programs, organizational change efforts, or cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience driving change adoption and sustained outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead complex work in ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Proven solid facilitation, communication, and executive presence


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or formal project/program management training
  • Experience leading M&A integrations or enterprise programs
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance visibility tools
  • Proven background in finance, operations, or shared services environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
