Overall Job Function:
We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth and success of Member's Cut, our retail meat business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who sees beyond day-to-day operations and is energized by the challenge of building a thriving retail business.
As Director of Business Operations, you'll have broad responsibility for the performance of Member's Cut-from sales and profitability to people, inventory, customer experience, and operational excellence. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy, identifying opportunities for growth, and turning those opportunities into results.
You'll lead and develop the team, optimize inventory and purchasing, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and compliance. Just as importantly, you'll own the numbers-managing costs, improving margins, maximizing efficiency, and finding new ways to grow the business.
We're looking for a leader who brings retail food and meat expertise, strong business acumen, financial discipline, and the ability to inspire and lead people. Someone who is hands-on, thinks like an owner, sees opportunities others may miss, and takes pride in building something that customers want to come back to.
