Full Job Description
Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to lead strategic engagements and aggressively drive expansion within our hyper-growth markets; Automation, Robotics and Data Centers, while maintaining and expanding relationships in core Industrial sub-segments.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred; interconnect experience is required
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, ideally with a solid background in Industrial end markets
  • Strong existing network or demonstrated ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders in hyper-growth markets such as Factory Automation, Robotics (e.g., robots, cobots, AGVs) and Data Centers (power generation & infrastructure)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed


Are You Our Next ACE?
  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets aligned to the strategy to identify untapped growth areas; AI and Automation,, Data Center, and Robotics markets and inform internal product or service development.
  • Market VoC: Feed real-time voice-of-customer (VoC) feedback, competitive pricing dynamics, and technology trends directly back to Winchester's Product Management and Executive Leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure a seamless handoff process and align messaging with current market demands.
  • Executive Relationship Mapping: Establish deep, trusted partnerships with Vice Presidents of Engineering, Heads of Supply Chain, and Chief Technology Officers at major Tier-1 industrial accounts
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions, along with the Sales teams, that align company's products/services with their specific business goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Support the sales cycle, from initial pitch to contract negotiation and final closing, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
