The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

KLA Services partners across regions and business units to enable world-class system performance, maximize customer productivity, and deliver differentiated value through a flexible and increasingly outcome-based services portfolio.

The KLA Services Business Development team is seeking a highly strategic, customer-centric leader to own service sales and business development for a Tier 1 global account. In this role, you will serve as the primary global commercial leader and executive point of accountability, aligning headquarters, regional teams, and customer stakeholders to drive sustained growth, deepen strategic partnership, and deliver long-term value.

You will operate as the central orchestrator across a global, matrixed organization, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution, while building trusted, executive-level relationships within a complex customer environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi-year global account strategy, aligning KLA Services capabilities with customer priorities to drive growth across core services, enhancements, and advanced system offerings.
  • Own end-to-end commercial performance for the global account, including negotiation and closure of complex, multi-year service agreements, renewals, and expansions with a focus on value creation, margin expansion, and long-term partnership.
  • Serve as the primary executive interface for the customer, building deep relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, and influencing investment decisions through differentiated value propositions.
  • Lead global cross-functional alignment, partnering with regional account teams and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent strategy deployment, execution discipline, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
  • Drive strategic deal structuring and governance, ensuring alignment with finance, legal, and operational requirements while navigating complexity, managing risk, and enabling scalable execution.
  • Shape and influence internal commercial strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by providing insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and business model evolution.
  • Develop and institutionalize a comprehensive account growth roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights, competitive positioning, and long-term customer objectives to expand share of wallet and strengthen strategic alignment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or related industrial markets, with a demonstrated track record of driving global business growth and strategic account expansion.
  • Proven executive-level sales leadership, including ownership of large, complex customer engagements, consistently delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and multi-year contractual outcomes.
  • Deep business and commercial acumen, with the ability to shape and execute global go-to-market strategies, influence customer investment decisions, and position value-based solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
  • Broad cross-functional expertise spanning finance, legal, marketing, and operations, with experience structuring complex commercial agreements, risk management frameworks, and scalable business models.
  • Executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally, and translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Advanced financial and strategic modeling capabilities, including scenario planning, deal structuring, and long-range business forecasting, with the ability to operate at both the detailed and executive levels.
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with a track record of aligning and mobilizing global, matrixed organizations to execute against ambiguous, high-impact objectives.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-layered customer and internal stakeholder hierarchies, including executive engagement, governance models, and escalation management.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies and strategic account management frameworks, with the ability to institutionalize best practices across global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred.
  • Global mindset with willingness to travel (10-25%), supporting international customer engagement, team leadership, and business development activities.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience OR
  • Master's Level Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience


Base Pay Range: $210,900.00 - $369,100.00 Annually
