What we need

The Director of Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of global brand strategies and campaigns to drive brand and product relevance and growth. This role requires an innovative and forward-thinking mindset with exceptional capabilities to connect with consumers and build executable campaigns against insights, as this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign and content development. This leader will lead global orchestration of marketing activities, partnering closely with regional sales leaders, in-house creative group, and cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life consistently and impactfully across the globe.

This role will oversee an organization inclusive product marketing, brand marketing, internal and external communications, organic social, consumer engagement, to name a few. This individual will drive the marketing calendar, ensuring brand and product storytelling is cohesive, modern, and resonant across channels and cultures. This is a critical leadership role, interfacing with company executives, key industry partners, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic product marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and design to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Provide world-class deliverables to differentiate our products in the market, including product positioning and messaging, product naming, and competitive positioning
• Lead activation and creative briefs for campaign-related assets, ensuring deliverables are aligned with brand objectives; ensure all briefs are executed and delivered for all cross-functionals.
• Create a robust promotional strategy leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to support broader revenue goals
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, PR, affiliates, social media, email, events, and in-store activations.
• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target market needs.
• Drive the creation of business and marketing presentations as sell-in tools to key customers or when responding to RFPs to gain business.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing peers to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to meet/exceed expectations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving marketing strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
• Deep understanding of product management principles, market segmentation, and customer insights.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing messages.
• Experience partnering with creative teams, briefing in requests and providing clear direction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from conception to execution.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
