Job Description

Raise the bar on every beverage experience. As the Director of Beverage with Levy, you will lead beverage operations across the venue and will oversee service standards, beverage programs, team development, inventory controls, responsible alcohol service, and financial performance. You will partner with culinary, purchasing, operations, and venue leadership to deliver an efficient, engaging, and consistent beverage experience while supporting business and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of food and beverage operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and beverage-related point-of-sale, inventory, and reporting systems
  • Working knowledge of beverage inventory controls, purchasing, cost management, and alcohol-service procedures
  • Responsible alcohol service certification as required by applicable state or local regulations
  • Ability to walk and remain mobile for extended periods during events
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Ability to travel as required


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees beverage operations across bars, clubs, suites, restaurants, concessions, and other assigned service areas
  • Establishes and maintains beverage service standards, recipes, presentation guidelines, and operating procedures
  • Ensures responsible alcohol service protocols and applicable regulatory requirements are followed
  • Leads beverage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Conducts pre-shift meetings and communicates event priorities, service expectations, and product information
  • Partners with culinary and operations leaders to develop beverage menus and guest experiences
  • Collaborates with purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory, par levels, product availability, and cost controls
  • Reviews beverage consumption, sales, waste, and inventor
