Sandhills Medical is seeking an exceptional, strategic, compassionate, and innovative Senior Director of Behavioral Health to lead and elevate our Integrated and Outreach Behavioral Health services.

In this role, you will provide high-level operational, clinical, and programmatic leadership across Integrated and Outreach Behavioral Health services while continuing to engage in direct patient care as part of a multidisciplinary, whole-person care team. You will help shape programs, strengthen workflows, support staff development, build community partnerships, monitor outcomes, and drive meaningful improvement across the department.
