- Bachelors or Masters in Architecture & 10-15+ years of relevant architectural experience - Proven success developing client relationships and winning work - Strong presence in meetings, presentations, and client interactions - Demonstrated leadership experience building or mentoring teams - Strong design sensibility with practical delivery understanding - Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset - Established industry credibility and professional network preferred - Licensed Architect preferred - Collaborative, relationship-driven, no-ego leadership style - Alignment with both 142’s design-driven approach and design-build execution environment   MAKE YOUR MOVE
