Director of Ancillary & Clinical Systems

Position Details:Shift: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Reports to: Executive VP TSA

You must reside in one of these states to be eligible for this position:

Job Summary:

Expected Role & Responsibilities

Leadership Oversight
  • Provide direct leadership for the following IT clinical domains:
    • Nursing
    • Therapies and Rehabilitation
    • Women's Health
    • Behavioral Health
    • Surgery and Anesthesia
    • Laboratory IT

EMR Strategy & Implementation
  • Serve as the primary IT lead for EMR planning and execution
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • ALKU (implementation partner)
    • QHC leadership

Governance & Alignment
  • Act as a key liaison with QHC governance teams
  • Ensure EMR implementation remains:
    • Strategically aligned
    • Operationally coordinated
    • Clinically effective
