Full Job Description
Job Summary

Under the direction of the Superintendent or designee, the Director of Advanced Academics provides visionary leadership and system-wide coordination of the district's Advanced Academics portfolio (grades 6-12), with a primary focus on expanding access to Advanced Placement (AP), increasing AP exam performance, and building a coherent, high-quality instructional model across all advanced coursework. This role is central to ensuring that high-potential students are identified early, developed intentionally, and retained within district pathways, including Early College High Schools, AP programs, and other advanced learning opportunities.
