Hallmark University is seeking a strategic and mission-driven Vice President of Admissions to lead our Admissions & Recruitment department. This executive role is central to driving enrollment growth, fostering community engagement, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards-all while supporting our mission of transforming lives through superior skills, knowledge, and character.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive admissions and recruitment strategy aligned with Hallmark's Institutional Strategic Goals, especially Growth (IG2) and Community Engagement & Awareness (IG5).
  • Provide direct leadership to the Director of Recruitment, Associate Director of Admissions, Enrollment Operations Manager, and all Enrollment Advisors.
  • Ensure full compliance with admissions policies, procedures, and criteria as outlined in the Hallmark University Catalog.
  • Develop and manage enrollment forecasting and lead conversion strategies to meet enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment pipeline, including outreach, lead management, interviews, admissions committee operations, and enrollment agreements.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment marketing and outreach, including partnerships with school districts, articulation agreements, businesses, and military/veteran initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Services, and Marketing to ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and accountability systems for enrollment advisors and operations staff.
  • Lead professional development, training, and coaching for admissions personnel to enhance service quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor practices, and demographic shifts to continuously refine admissions strategies.
  • Ensure recruitment practices reflect Hallmark's mission, values, and character education model.
  • Conduct regular leadership and team meetings to align goals, processes, and staff engagement.
  • Participate in institutional planning, accreditation reviews, and compliance reporting related to admissions and enrollment.
  • Promote diversity in student recruitment and ensure equitable access to all programs.
  • Actively practice and promote Hallmark's Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
