POSITION SUMMARY
Provides leadership across administrative functions that support resident experience and community operations. This role oversees concierge services, security operations, technology coordination, vendor management, and various operational systems. The Director is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery, optimizing resources, implementing innovative solutions, managing projects, and supporting initiatives that improve both resident satisfaction and organizational performance.

Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Director Administrative Services to join our team!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  1. Direct and oversee administrative services departments and functions including Concierge/Guest Services, Security, and IT to ensure seamless daily operations.
  2. Lead and/or support resident-focused initiatives including but not limited to technology support, accessibility improvements, communication platforms, and resource materials.
  3. Build reputation, branding, and community culture through engagement strategies and service enhancements.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company protocols. Implement and oversee training.
  5. Manage or support projects related to IT, security, plant, and operational infrastructure.
  6. Participate in budgeting and planning processes as directed.
  7. Oversee vendor relationships and conduct business reviews to ensure alignment with financial, contractual, and operational expectations.
  8. Maintain inventory, accurate records, reporting systems, and documentation across areas of responsibility.
  9. Organize and contribute to events, programs, and initiatives that enhance community culture and engagement.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administrative services, or a related field.
  • Experience overseeing multi-functional teams (e.g., customer service, security, IT, or facilities support).
  • Demonstrated experience with vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong project management and systems implementation experience.
