Our client in South Bend, IN. is seeking a Director of Finance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee financial systems and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience leading accounting operations and managing financial systems.
