The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing operational leadership and oversight of key clinical and patient flow functions to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care delivery across the organization. The position serves as the operational partner to the Chief Nursing Officer and is accountable for daily hospital operations, staffing effectiveness, patient throughput, capacity management, and coordination of clinical services across multiple departments and campuses. The Director of Clinical Operations works collaboratively with physicians, nursing leadership, ancillary departments, and executive leadership to achieve organizational goals related to quality, safety, patient experience, workforce engagement, and operational performance

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

2.Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

3.Current Basic Life Support BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain

4.Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS-AHA Upon hire and maintain current

5.Minimum of three years inpatient clinical and operational leadership preferred

6.Demonstrated success in throughput, staffing, quality, and operational improvement initiatives.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $107,640.00 to $145,308.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
