POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Executive Director of Neuroscience Services, the Director of the Neuroscience Service Line oversees and structures disease-specific programming for the service line. Assists with strategic leadership to develop and expand clinical programs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Responsible for supporting the strategic service line plan, assisting with innovating change, and demonstrating clinical excellence through collaboration, mentorship, leadership, and scholarly engagement. Assesses, evaluates, plans, and standardizes the clinical processes and delivery of care model for the service line, functioning as a liaison and clinical resource between staff, physicians, management, nursing, and ancillary departmentsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Bachelor's Degree required in healthcare-related field (Nursing, Applied Health, or Health Sciences). Master's preferred with a clinical focus on Advanced Practice Provider
- 5 years of progressive experience in the neuroscience field
- 3 years of leadership experience or Advanced Practice Provider with 3 years specific in Neuroscience
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience managing or coordinating disease-specific programming preferred
- Experience with Joint Commission regulatory standards preferred
- Suitable interpersonal, analytical, and managerial skills and knowledge.
