As a Director of National Sales, you are an influential leader who develops a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere as you lead several managers and support staff. You will be responsible for overseeing all national political sales revenue in assigned Spectrum Reach markets, leading client-facing efforts, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies. Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Experience: Media sales experience (10 years), National Sales experience (5 years), management/leadership experience (2 years)
  • Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, collaboration, sales, strategic
  • Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses, knowledge of sales reporting and systems
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company-required standards, and auto insurance.
