Job Summary and QualificationsThis position is responsible for leading, enhancing, directing, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all operational services in the Women's & Children's Care Services Units to ensure cost efficient, high quality patient care. Additionally, this position is accountable for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating strategies and tactics of the Business Service Unit (BSU) to achieve optimal financial performance, cost efficiency, business growth, quality performance, clinical superiority and market leadership.
Provides supervision to Departmental Manager(s) and staff of the OB/Gyn, Nursery, Postpartum, & Lactation Service Units. Employee will be responsible for knowledge and skill necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety and related criteria for the neonate, infant/child, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.
What qualifications you will need:- Five plus (5+) years clinical experience in medical care nursing
- Five plus (5+ years progressive medical management experience
- (RN) Registered Nurse license required
- Bachelors Degree
