Full Job Description
Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs the Director Mission Integration for Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, you will lead and set strategy for mission integration to ensure the mission, vision, values, heritage, ethics, and identify are integrated into all aspects of the hospitals. You will promote a values-based organizational culture uniting people around our mission, and help design and implement educational programming for staff, volunteers, the community, and others about the Dignity Health mission and values. You will also prepare regular accountability reports for the senior leadership team and hospital board regarding key areas of mission integration: organizational identity, spirituality and culture, ethical principles, and community health and the common good.

Job RequirementsRequired Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science or related fields required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility in a related field (e.g., Spiritual Care, Healthcare, etc.) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.
Required Training:
  • Professional preparatory training (Masters level or equivalency) in theology, spirituality, ethics and community health required within two (2) years of hire.
