Position Summary...
The Director, Material Handling Equipment Service, leads operational excellence and vendor management to ensure efficient and compliant facility workflows. This role drives change initiatives, oversees quality assurance, and manages crisis response to maintain high service standards. The position requires strategic collaboration across departments to optimize equipment reliability and technical performance. By leveraging data insights and industry best practices, the director enhances business processes and vendor relationships, supporting organizational goals and continuous improvement within material handling operations.

  • Lead operational excellence initiatives to optimize material handling equipment service processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance organizational capabilities and support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee crisis management planning and response to minimize business disruption and financial impact.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure service quality and reliability.
  • Drive quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and recommend improvements for equipment reliability and safety.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and promote efficient service operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align service strategies with business objectives and operational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
