Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Directing digital advertising sales strategies and programs to attract new accounts and enhance current customer sales, meeting financial objectives
  • Managing the sales team, fostering talent development, and setting clear performance goals in line with organizational strategies
  • Executing consultative, client-centric sales approaches, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to customer scenarios
  • Identifying growth opportunities and key upsell potential for additional company technologies and services aligned with client goals
  • Leading client retention efforts, securing renewals, and expanding relationships through strategic engagement and satisfaction management
  • Deepening understanding of client business models, objectives, and KPIs to align sales initiatives with client technical and organizational frameworks
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer revenue and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and company business objectives
  • Steering complex sales cycles from prospecting to completion, managing proposal development, negotiation, and contracting processes
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $181,623.63 - $272,435.45

Targeted Commission: $98,193.04

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
