  • Manage campaign calendars, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization strategies, and data-driven insights.

Content & Messaging
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, customer-centric content tailored for digital-first banking audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics to track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and engagement metrics.
  • Optimize marketing funnel performance through targeting, segmentation, and channel mix improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product management, UX/UI, compliance, legal, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless and compliant communications.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing and digital product teams.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack (e.g.) CRM, attribution, customer data platform) in partnership with product and engineering teams.

Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory and compliance standards within the banking industry.
  • Maintain governance of brand and messaging guidelines.
