Full Job Description
FCP Euro is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Director, Marketing Partnerships to lead and grow our ecosystem of manufacturers, vendors, agencies, media partners, and marketing partners.

This role will be responsible for overseeing co-op marketing programs, managing strategic partner relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and ensuring our partners are integrated authentically and effectively into FCP Euro's marketing initiatives. From content and social media to events, experiential marketing, retail activations, and community programs, this individual will play a key role in helping connect our partners with one of the most passionate European automotive enthusiast audiences in the industry.

The Director, Marketing Partnerships serves as the primary point of contact for many of FCP Euro's most important external relationships. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, manage complex programs, and consistently deliver measurable value for both FCP Euro and our partners.

This is both a strategic and operational leadership role. The ideal candidate understands how to develop long-term partnership strategies while maintaining exceptional attention to detail across budgets, reporting, deliverables, communication, and execution.

As FCP Euro continues to expand its events, retail footprint, content offerings, and enthusiast community initiatives, this role will help shape how partners engage with our brand and customers while supporting business growth and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth

Develop and grow FCP Euro's network of marketing partners across manufacturers, vendors, agencies, media partners, and community organizations. Identify opportunities to increase co-op participation, secure incremental marketing investment, and create new partnership programs that support business and marketing goals.
Co-Op Marketing Management

Lead all aspects of co-op marketing planning, forecasting, tracking, communication, and reporting. Ensure partner investments are strategically allocated, fully utilized, and aligned with FCP Euro's broader marketing objectives.
Partner Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic marketing partners. Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication, transparency, responsiveness, and consistent delivery of results. Conduct regular business reviews and planning discussions to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Sponsorships, Events & Activations

Support the development and execution of sponsorships, experiential activations, hospitality programs, enthusiast events, and community initiatives. Work closely with internal teams to integrate partner objectives into marketing campaigns and experiences while ensuring partners receive meaningful exposure and measurable value.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Events, Paid Media, Retail, Customer Experience, Product, and Vendor Relations teams to align partnership initiatives with broader company priorities and ensure successful execution across channels.
Reporting & Operational Excellence

Develop and maintain systems for partnership tracking, budgets, forecasting, approvals, deliverables, and reporting. Create clear performance reporting that demonstrates ROI and supports long-term partner retention and growth.

Experience and Skill requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, brand marketing, business development, or commercial marketing leadership roles
  • Significant experience within the automotive aftermarket, OEM, motorsports, enthusiast, or adjacent lifestyle industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record developing and managing strategic partnership or co-op marketing programs tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience negotiating partnership agreements, sponsorship packages, and multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership teams, strategic partners, and senior decision-makers
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, retail, product, operations, and other business teams
  • Passion for automotive culture and enthusiast communities
  • Comfortable traveling regularly for industry events, partner meetings, activations, and trade shows

Compensation:

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $155,000 to $180,000 annually.
