In partnership with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, and Project Management, this role will design and deliver training, accelerate employee development, help improve field execution, and build the next generation of leaders.

We're looking for someone who can act as the architect of Premise's learning ecosystem: identifying needs, designing programs, coordinating subject matter experts, measuring results, and reinforcing our corporate value of "Ready to Learn." • Partner with field leadership and department leaders to identify skill gaps, ramp-up new employees, develop crew foremen, rollout new equipment, meet customer requirements, adopt technology and meet quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead Premise's craft development strategy by working with apprenticeship organizations, supporting apprentice progression, coordinating technical instruction, developing mentoring programs, measuring apprentice success and supporting journeyman development
  • Develop and deliver learning using a blended approach that includes classroom instruction, virtual learning, jobsite coaching, hands-on demonstrations, e-learning and video instruction
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create technical content and ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding programs that deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every employee, accelerating time to productivity while reinforcing Premise's culture, values, safety expectations, and quality standards.
  • Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs that build the skills, confidence, and effectiveness of leaders at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain the company's operational knowledge documentation including standard operating procedures, field manuals, work instructions, best practices, videos, checklists, and technical reference guides. Ensure institutional knowledge is documented and shared throughout the organization.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning that supports Premise's corporate value of "Be Ready to Learn"
  • Manage all learning operations including learning management system (LMS), monthly training calendar, instructor scheduling, vendor relationships, and compliance documentation
  • Establish metrics that demonstrate business impact and continuously evaluate programs and implement improvements based on business outcomes.
