The OpportunityThe Director of IT Cybersecurity will oversee the security operations and engineering function of Ensemble's IT Security Program. As the Director of IT Cybersecurity, you will work to develop an effective security operations and engineering strategy to secure business operations and missions. In this role you will oversee a team of security analysts, engineers and service providers supporting security operations or engineering functions. The Director of IT Cybersecurity will develop a keen understanding of Ensemble's unique business requirements to identify and reduce enterprise risk.
Essential Job Functions- Responsible for the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Ensemble applications and systems.
- Partners with business and security stakeholders to assist in defining strategic cybersecurity objectives and goals.
- Monitors industry information technology and security trends, threats, and regulatory trends to identify strategy-impacting affects to stakeholder operations and interests.
- Leads security operations resources which monitors and analyzes events to detect cybersecurity threats facing Ensemble associates and resources.
- Enhance security operations threat detection and response capabilities. Enhance incident response plans, playbooks and preparedness activities.
- Leads security engineers responsible for the deployment, operations, configuration and scalability functions of security systems and control oversight for systems managed by other IT teams.
- Builds and deploys operational response model to ensure security standards and configuration management policies and protocols are effective, followed, and tracked
- Builds, deploys, and maintains all operational aspects of the company-wide software development lifecycle security program
- Leads the Business Continuity Management Program and all supporting functions that consist of leading and governance council, conduct of risk analysis, impact assessment, business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, reporting, and updates to global business and IT stakeholders
- Support acquisition due diligence for information security risks and support control design for integration.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for operational success. Participate in reporting requirements, monthly/quarterly status meetings and offsites as appropriate.

Employment Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other cybersecurity certifications
- 5-7 years or relative experience
- 2-3 years, or more, of true leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Equivalent Experience
- Practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs and designing and implementing security controls and compliance programs.
- Experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations, experience in a leadership position within a Security Operations Center preferred.
- Self-motivated and willing to take on challenges while adapting to an ever-changing operational environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how application performance requirements support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals.

- This role pays between $141,300- 223,200 based on experience
