  • Lead the stabilization, optimization, and scalability of system integrations (TMS, CRM, ERP, WMS, etc.)
  • Oversee EDI processes with customers and partners, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
  • Document and structure data flows, system dependencies, and integration logic
  • Establish system-of-record principles and data ownership clarity
  • Identify and resolve integration gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks

Business Intelligence & Data Enablement
  • Build and deliver executive-level dashboards (CEO, Sales, Operations, Finance)
  • Enable real-time visibility into key business metrics (revenue, GP, service, productivity)
  • Translate business needs into scalable data solutions that drive decision-making
  • Improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency across systems
  • Establish data governance standards (definitions, ownership, usage)
  • Support commercial strategy through data insights (pricing, segmentation, performance)

Automation & Process Optimization
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across operational workflows
  • Reduce manual intervention through integration and process redesign
  • Partner with Operations and Sales to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution quality
  • Contribute to achieving automation targets across the order lifecycle

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Operate as a player-coach, directly involved in problem-solving and execution
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities, and priorities across subteams
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement
  • Foster strong collaboration between IT, Operations, Sales, and Finance

Governance, Documentation & Continuity
  • Establish and enforce documentation standards across systems, integrations, and data
  • Ensure continuity, knowledge transfer, and reduced dependency on individuals
  • Bring structure and discipline to a historically fragmented environment

Profile & Qualifications
