Job Summary:

The Director of Investor Relations is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates the company's financial performance, growth strategy, and long term vision to the investment community. This role serves as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders, ensuring transparency, credibility, and consistency in all financial communications.

This leader will partner closely with the CFO, CEO, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Communications to shape the company's narrative and strengthen investor confidence.

Core Duties

Investor Relations Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and lead the company's global investor relations strategy, messaging, and communication framework.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the investment community, maintaining strong relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders.
  • Advise executive leadership on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction.


Financial Communications & Reporting
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&A documents, investor presentations, and financial press releases.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accuracy and clarity in external financial disclosures.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of investor-facing materials, including the IR website, fact sheets, and corporate presentations.
  • Support the development of the annual report, ESG disclosures, and proxy materials.


Capital Markets & Investor Engagement
  • Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and capital-markets events.
  • Monitor analyst models, consensus estimates, and valuation methodologies.
  • Track and report on investor sentiment, shareholder composition, and trading activity.
  • Provide insights to leadership on market expectations, risks, and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the CFO, CEO, Legal, Corporate Communications, and FP&A to align messaging and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy to communicate long-term growth initiatives and business performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with ESG, Sustainability, and Operations teams to support non-financial disclosures and investor inquiries.


Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors affecting the business.
  • Prepare executive-level reports summarizing market developments, peer benchmarking, and investor feedback.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and competitive positioning.


Basic Qualifications
