OverviewWe are building a dedicated Standards & Enablement team responsible for defining how our agency delivers world-class activation across platforms, channels, and client engagements. This team ensures every buying team operates with unified workflows, clear governance, platform accuracy, QA rigor, and scalable onboarding-especially during new-client transitions where consistency matters most.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoVision & Accountability- Own and implement the agency-wide vision for platform activation and governance across client(s) and or brand(s).
- Be accountable for accuracy, compliance, and ways of working.
Executive & Client Leadership- Serve as senior platform authority for clients and internal leadership.
- Set expectations for activation excellence and compliance.
Team & Capability Building- Build scalable platform operating models and training frameworks.
- Ensure teams are enabled to activate and QA across all platforms.
Platform & Activation Expectations- Authority-level understanding of investment buying platforms like Prisma, Search , Social , DSPs and other media buying platforms.
- Ownership and oversight of brand safety, verification, and compliance tooling including IAS, DoubleVerify, and Zefr.
Qualifications- 10+ years of digital media, activation, or operational leadership.
- Expertise across search, social, and ad-serving platforms.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and strategic vision.
- Track record of building scalable, high-quality delivery models.

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $166,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
