What We Can Achieve Together:

The Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics is responsible for standing and managing the technology stack for the expansion of the membership programs outside the US, currently Hong Kong and Indonesia and with one country being deployed every two years. Leads and manages the business processes and analytics for the membership programs across multiple countries to provide efficient and donor-centric systems and operations and to enable data-driven fundraising decisions to maximize each country's revenue, donor growth and operational fundraising efficiency. Provides direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team operating in a hub and spoke model with a central team (hub) along with local teams (spokes) in each of the individual countries.

The Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics leads and manages the constituent relationship management (CRM) platform and affiliated systems within the technology stack, the reporting and analytics program, and business processes across multiple countries to meet strategic goals. They are responsible for both the systems product and the associated services. They participate in strategic planning, design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of multiple projects related to the systems. They lead the design and oversight of business processes related to fundraising activities, gift processing, data governance and integrity and systems. They oversee the architecture development for reporting capabilities and deployment of the suite of reports with the goal of optimizing fundraising and operations and guiding the analysis and insights for decision making across the multidisciplinary membership team in each country.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
  • 6 years' experience as a business professional in IT or related field.
  • Experience with Constituent/Customer Relationship Management or marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working.
  • Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes, evaluating options and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies.
  • Experience with relational databases; working knowledge of SQL a plus.
  • Experience with report development, delivery and adoption across functions.
  • Experience in Data Visualization and proficiency in Excel.
  • Supervisory experience or managing a team of muti-disciplinary professionals across multiple countries.
  • Experience in customer management, vendor management and service level agreements Experience in defining and documenting complex systems and operational requirements.
  • Experience in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external audiences.
  • Project management experience.
  • English is required.

Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $113,450 - $165,450. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
