Full Job Description
SUMMARY: The Director of Integrated Marketing is a key leader in driving our integrated marketing strategy, directing our creative, content, and events teams. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our integrated marketing strategy and ensuring brand alignment with our therapeutic area and cross-capabilities strategic marketing plans. The director will leverage strategic thinking and an understanding of current B2B marketing trends to transform campaign workflows into impactful strategic initiatives that support corporate and departmental objectives.

Championing an agile marketing mindset, the director will promote iterative testing and continuous improvement across all initiatives. As a pivotal member of the marketing leadership team, this role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation that aligns with company goals, and fostering meaningful connections with target markets. The director will collaborate closely with market strategists, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and bring a comprehensive, full-funnel strategy to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning: Oversee the planning, development, and orchestration of global multi-channel marketing tactics and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and cohesion across all touchpoints while balancing long-term strategy with agile, iterative testing and optimization.
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing tactical plan that aligns with overall business objectives and functional area strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, branding, and customer experiences across all marketing channels.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration within the organization to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Partner with market research and market strategists to ensure integrated strategy effectively reaches and engages target customers.
  • Proactively monitor market trends and assess competitive landscape to continually refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and identify ways to implement brand differentiation
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals and communicate the impact of marketing initiatives on business performance.


Leadership and Management: Directly manage and mentor the creative, content, and events teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketers, fostering a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, accountability, and agile responsiveness.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, providing ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Facilitate alignment across all marketing functions and serve as a strategic advisor for campaign launches.


Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and target audience needs.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate efforts across various channels, such as email, social media, content marketing, events, and paid advertising.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI; pivoting when necessary based on data-driven insights and shifting business needs.
  • Build and manage agile workflows, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while incorporating ongoing testing, learning, and adaptation.
  • Establish a process for conducting campaign retrospectives, driving accountability and the continuous learning cycle that informs future campaigns and overall marketing strategy.


Content Strategy: Lead the development of compelling content that engages and informs target audiences, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all content and creative outputs.
  • Act as a key advocate for the Worldwide brand, ensuring all initiatives adhere to brand guidelines and uphold the integrity of the brand across all platforms and geographies.
  • Work closely with the communications functions to ensure all channel and tactical plans, messaging and creative materials are aligned.


Performance Measurement: Establish metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of integrated marketing efforts, using analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance, identifying actionable insights and areas for improvement to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with progressive responsibility in healthcare industry or B2B agency setting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and guiding creative direction.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, and event management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and forge positive relationships across organizations and with senior management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Results-driven with a deep understanding of goal setting, performance metrics, and ROI optimization

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):

United States of America - $144,500.00 - $287,500.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
