We are looking for a
Director Installations Innovations to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to the
VP, Customer Installations Groupand will based in Arkansas
. This is a remote position.
Role and Responsibilities:- Scope, plan, and execute a wide array of special engineering and construction projects to improve installation safety, efficiency, and quality through construction process innovation, product evolutions, and vertical integration strategies
- Work with external construction and installation partners to improve Installation Quality, Field hour reductions, and on-site project efficiency
- Co-Develop and lead Bloom's Installer model needs for USC&I installations
- Evaluate and identify requirements and risks of new products to installations, working cross-functionally to ensure requirements are met, install guidelines are updated, and mitigate risks through the course of development
- Implement key strategic business initiatives with partners, monitoring initial progress and then creating a path for self-sustainability
- Identify areas of improvement and vulnerability across the organization, and make actionable recommendations
- Drive closure on issues preventing Installations success, particularly on items that have no natural organizational home
- Mentor Installations employees to develop strategic problem solving, sustainable process development, and executive presentation skills
Skills and Experience:- 15+ years of experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities, including at least 10+ years of technical or construction project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority
- Excellent executive communicator and presenter, able to distill multi-faceted issues into concise key messages
- Proven track record of motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams to come together and develop creative solutions to challenging issues
- Ability to break down complex problems into root causes and provide meaningful, actionable solutions
- Command of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel; advanced experience is strongly preferred

Salary Ranges:$194,300.00 - $279,700.00
