Description

Role: Director, Initiative Delivery

Remote Product Delivery

How You'll Make a Difference

Reporting to the SVP of Technology Operations, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of our most critical cross-functional initiatives. In a fast-growing, tech-enabled healthcare services company, strategy only creates value when it becomes new innovative product and programs for our clients.

You will be responsible for driving initiatives from kickoff to close: establishing clear delivery frameworks, aligning teams around shared goals, removing blockers, and ensuring every initiative results in real, measurable change in how the business operates.

The right candidate is a disciplined, outcomes-oriented executor who brings structure to complexity, builds trust across functions, and does not let momentum slip. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you hold yourself-and others-to a high delivery standard.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of assigned initiatives-from scoping and planning through execution, adoption, and close-out
  • Define delivery frameworks for each initiative: milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, and success criteria
  • Establish a lightweight governance cadence: status reporting, risk logs, stakeholder updates, and decision tracking
  • Facilitate working sessions and decision forums that move work forward-not just status meetings
  • Drive day-to-day execution across workstreams; maintain pace and resolve blockers before they delay delivery
  • Hold teams accountable to commitments; escalate risks and decisions with clarity and appropriate urgency
  • Coordinate operational readiness for system and tooling rollouts: UAT, training, and launch planning
  • Partner with Product and Development teams to sequence launches to minimize operational disruption
  • Close initiatives with documented outcomes, lessons learned, and handoff to steady-state operations

What We're Looking For

Required
  • 5-10+ years in product or program delivery, project management, or cross-functional operations roles
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end with measurable results
  • Strong delivery discipline: able to manage multiple workstreams, maintain momentum, and close initiatives-not just manage them indefinitely
  • Excellent planning and governance skills: risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting
  • Ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments without waiting to be given a framework
  • Collaborative skills: exceptional ability to work across an organization to achieve strategic goals
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of product software delivery life cycles and experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms
  • This position is remote, with periodic travel to RxAnte offices required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship

Preferred
  • Experience in tech-enabled healthcare services, digital health, or health plan, provider, or pharmacy operations
  • Familiarity with patient-facing workflows, clinical operations, or care delivery processes
  • Experience delivering EHR, CRM, or internal platform rollouts
  • Background in high-growth, venture-backed, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies

Conditions of Employment

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000 per year along with a 15% annual bonus target. Actual compensation is determined by factors including experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • A Health Savings Account with company contributions
  • A 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match
  • Company-paid life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, with voluntary short-term disability available
  • An Employee Assistance Program and a benefits Customer Advocate service
  • 4 weeks of accrued Paid time off in addition to paid company holidays
  • Company-provided equipment
  • Support for professional development and training
