Position Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations of DarPro Storage Solutions which manufactures indoor collection tanks that capture used cooking oil in restaurants and other commercial facilities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates the activities of all personnel, property, plant equipment, and fleet engaged in the acquisition and processing of raw material and storage and distribution of finished goods.
  • Ensures facility compliance with Corporate policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget; reviews monthly expenditures.
  • Approves accounts payables ensuring all Corporate accounting procedures all followed.
  • Recruits and hires plant and administrative personnel; monitors plant workload and staffs appropriately.
  • Establishes and maintains appropriate wage rates for personnel subject to Corporate approval.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all employees receive the proper training.
  • Monitors relationships with suppliers; resolves issues when necessary; continuously monitors geographic area for new suppliers.
  • Manages safety program and is ultimately responsible for plant safety; maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all products are compliance and meet internal and external customer requirements
  • Responsible for oversight of all continuous improvement activities, corrective action implementation, and ensure that countermeasures are put in place for preventive action
  • Reviews product performance and drive technology contributions that will lead to lower costs, better customer experiences and manufacturability
  • Provides leadership and technical assistance to National Cleanstar Installation Manager
  • All other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Operations Management
  • Minimum 10 or more years working in a midlevel management position; experience must be in an industrial or plant setting.

  • Black Belt Six Sigma
  • Work well with others in a team-based environment.
  • Communicates clearly both verbally or in written form; excellent analytical skills.
  • Leadership ability; able to direct personnel.
  • Can make timely, accurate judgments regarding production and process quality.
  • Highly organized; superior time management skills
