About this roleYOUR ROLE AND IMPACTAs a Vice President within IAG, you will play a key role in implementing new business onto BlackRock's accounting platform and supporting the delivery of investment accounting solutions for a diverse client base. Working across multiple functions, you will help develop implementation strategies, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and drive successful onboarding outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued evolution of the firm's investment accounting capabilities.

The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough knowledge of BlackRock's capabilities, products, and services for Investment Accounting clients.
- Develop project plans for client implementations with measurable goals, driving consensus and communicating progress to partners and management throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Improve the team's ability to scale implementation efforts and support multiple concurrent initiatives in line with business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the firm to support business growth, new client implementations, and client retention.
- Represent IAG on cross-functional projects and working groups that support key business and client objectives.
- Ensure alignment of additional services with the Investment Accounting offering while supporting effective product integration across the firm.
YOUR EXPERIENCE- 7+ years of experience in financial services; familiarity with insurance clients is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or statutory accounting for investments, including securities, alternatives, mortgage loans, and derivatives.
- Proven ability to bring together cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Proactive interest in staying current with industry developments, accounting standards, and client product changes.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal partners.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining focus on broader business objectives and delivery requirements.
- Ability to leverage new technology to support partners and achieve business outcomes
For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$170,000.00 - USD$225,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
