The Role

Entegris is currently seekingaDirector, GrowthStrategy, to join ourMS Business Operationsteam.Thelocation for thispositionis flexible, but would ideally be based at one of our MS sites in Aurora, IL, Burnet, TX, or Danbury, CT.

As the Director of GrowthStrategy, you will serve as a strategic leader focused on evaluating the effectiveness of investments across thedivision. Partnering closely with R&D, product development, and business unit leaders, you will develop and apply robust models to assess the ROI, risk, and long-term value of initiatives. Your core mission is to ensure that thedivision is investing its dollars most effectively by providing data-driven insights that guide resource allocation, portfolio prioritization, and strategic decision-making.

You will lead divisionlevel portfolio management by setting strategic direction, establishing a scalable and rigorous management process, and ensuring clear communication, strong organizational discipline, and effective decisionmaking across the portfolio.You will lead efforts thatenableprofitable growthfor the divisionthrough product life cycle management, pricing strategiesand other programs.This role requires a unique blend ofcorporate insight,business andfinancial acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efforts are aligned with business growth and value creation.

WhatYoullDo

  • Tie together all aspects ofDivision level portfolio managementincluding new product development, capital, M&A, site, etc.

  • Develop and evaluatemodels (cost of ownership, business cases,forecasts,etc)to make strategic recommendations on growth initiatives.

  • In close partnership with the businesses, this role will have division level ownership of productpricing and life cycle management.

  • Develop financial valuation methodology and models for innovation and growth activities. Partner with the business as you lead the modeling of specific organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

  • Build strong working relationships with key functional partners to ensure appropriate prioritization, support, and resources to successfully execute business strategy.

  • Definesustainablekey performance indicators (KPIs) to track successin all areas, such as portfolio management and profit center reviews.

  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as R&D, Engineering, Finance,Fab Technologies,Manufacturing, Legal and Supply Chain to accomplish business objectives.
