Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies that support successful adoption and sustainability of transformational initiatives
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning activities
• Design and implement communication, engagement, and reinforcement strategies
• Build and strengthen change leadership capabilities among leaders
• Measure and report on change effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, expectations, and success criteria
• Establish and lead governance frameworks, methodologies, standards and reporting processes for transformational project management
• Oversee portfolio of strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise priorities
• Execute initiatives with strong client focus
• Partner effectively with leaders, teams and stakeholders across regions and functions
• Build alignment among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities and perspectives
• Navigate organizational complexity while fostering collaboration and shared accountability
• Influence decisions and drive commitment across all levels of the organization without direct authority
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience leading the delivery and adoption of large-scale enterprise-wide global transformation of multi-solution platforms including services like ERP and SCM.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with business process transformation experience or shifts to a captive shared services structure.
• Experience working in consulting industry.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Portfolio Management certification preferred.
• Experience leading digital, technology, workforce, or operating model transformation programs, including performance and cost-benefit tracking highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple business units and regions.
• Experience working with and influencing teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel internationally frequently.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, manual dexterity for typing, writing, or using office equipment, visual acuity for reading screens and documents, ability to lift or carry light items such as laptops, and speech and hearing ability for calls, virtual meetings, and in-person communication
