You'll Make an Impact By
  • Owning Siemens' global strategic relationship with Google and serving as the primary point of contact across the partnership.
  • Building trusted relationships with Google executives, Google Cloud leadership, product teams, engineering organizations, and field teams.
  • Defining and executing a multiyear partnership strategy aligned with the priorities of both companies.
  • Identifying high-value opportunities and connecting Google's technologies and capabilities with the appropriate Siemens businesses.
  • Leading joint opportunities from initial concept and executive alignment through commercial structuring, solution development, go-to-market execution, and scaling.
  • Advancing co-innovation and technology integration across Google Cloud, Gemini, data and analytics, cybersecurity, geospatial platforms, developer technologies, digital twins, and industrial AI.
  • Developing joint solutions and go-to-market programs that create measurable value for industrial, infrastructure, mobility, and enterprise customers.
  • Connecting Siemens' industrial domain expertise and software portfolio with Google's AI, cloud, data, mapping, and developer platforms.
  • Identifying opportunities to apply Google technologies across Siemens' products, platforms, operations, and internal transformation.
  • Representing the Google relationship within Siemens and coordinating activities across businesses, regions, technology teams, sales organizations, and corporate functions.
  • Establishing effective partnership governance, including clear objectives, executive sponsorship, ownership, milestones, and measures of success.
  • Providing Siemens leadership with insight into Google's strategy, product roadmaps, research direction, ecosystem developments, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Delivering executive-ready updates on partnership progress, risks, decisions, investments, and business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, corporate development, platform strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling complex partnerships with major global technology companies.
  • Experience working with cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, geospatial, enterprise software, or digital-transformation platforms.
  • Experience operating effectively within large, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results through influence.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and managing high-value external relationships.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, partner ecosystems, and platform business models.
  • Ability to translate complex technologies into strategic priorities, differentiated solutions, and commercial opportunities.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in industrial technology, infrastructure, enterprise software, digital transformation, or applied AI.
  • Technical and commercial fluency across Google Cloud, Gemini, Vertex AI, data and analytics, cybersecurity, Google Maps Platform, Kubernetes, developer technologies, and edge computing.
  • Experience structuring and scaling global cloud, AI, data, or platform alliances.
  • Familiarity with Google's organization, technology portfolio, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market model.
  • Experience developing integrated solutions, co-innovation programs, marketplace offerings, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience working at the intersection of corporate strategy, product development, technology, sales, and commercial execution.
  • Experience informing build, buy, and partner decisions.
  • Established relationships within Google or its broader technology ecosystem.

The pay range for this position is $214,000 - $366,000 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
