about this team

This team is the strategic, analytical, and cross functional backbone that turns global product vision into a financially sound, regionally relevant, and operationally executable merchandise plan. Working at the intersection of Merchandising, Regional Planning, Sourcing, Production, and the Global Brand Team, the team ensures that global strategies are financially viable, regionally informed, and operationally executable. They translate high level brand direction into quantifiable line plans and assortment strategies that fuel both global consistency and regional relevance.

core responsibilities
  • Determines global merchandise financial framework, strategy, and targets that support divisional merchandise strategies under the direction of the VP, Global Planning/GMP and reconciles to regional/ channel and class plans
  • Directs pre-season planning through high-level financial analysis and product long range planning in collaboration with Divisional Merch and Planning leadership
  • Directs cross-functional alignment around sales, margin and inventory plan/actions needed to achieve financial targets for the Division
  • Enhance Demand planning capabilities to provide direction for Supply Management, ensuring timely product deliveries to support the growth
  • Synthesize findings and prepare presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$201,000- $263,800annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
