Job Description Summary:

As part of the Technical Innovation Supply Chain organization, the Global IT Transportation Management System Director will play a crucial role in the Logistics Planning and Execution workstream. The Director will work closely with CPS and NAOU stakeholders to build a transportation digital transformation strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives and business requirements. As the product owner, the Director will be responsible for designing and delivering functional and technical solutions for new transformation projects. He will also be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of these solutions to ensure they remain best in class.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders to define a three-year roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment on project prioritization.


  • Oversee project management duties: Lead project initiatives from the business requirement gathering to solution implementation, adhering to budget, quality, and timeline constraints. Manage daily project logistics, including project phases, documentation, timelines, resource allocation, and status reports.


  • Play a pivotal leadership role in defining and managing cross-organizational business initiatives for CPS and NAOU globally.


  • Act as the product and solution owner to maintain the integrity of the global template. Validate and challenge business requirements to support future business growth.


  • As a functional and technical expert, convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Design, build, and test future solutions, coordinating with developers to ensure solution quality and adherence to requirements.


  • Drive continuous enhancements by identifying key opportunities for process, application, and SAP solution improvements. Lead SAP upgrades.


  • Stay informed of market innovations, benchmarking, and new SAP functionality deliveries.


  • Ensure business continuity by providing SAP or application support to users for problem-solving, offering functional or technical solutions, training guidance, or coordinating with production support for defect resolution.


  • Work closely with Super-Users, Logistics Digital team, and Production Support to coordinate information exchange and knowledge transfer, particularly around system/business changes and enhancements. Improve user capabilities by delivering SAP process training in your area of expertise.


Functional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Supply Chain operations with a focus on Transportation Management and integrations, such as Transportation Master Data, Transportation Planning, Inbound/Outbound Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement, is required for this role.


  • Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA TM design, configuration, development, and implementation is essential, including expertise with the Optimizer, Planning profiles, Packing builder, LBN, Freight Settlement, Track & Trace solutions, Event Management, and integration with EWM module.


  • Experience in managing a full cycle SAP implementation.


  • Advanced program management skills, as well as strong influence and communication abilities, with the capacity to lead highly complex and cross-functional projects.


  • Ability to work on a virtual and international environment, facilitating strong collaboration with users, stakeholders, and other team members across various workstreams.


  • A comprehensive understanding of Coca-Cola Supply Chain, as well as NAOU and CPS processes and personnel would be a plus.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required in Supply chain, transportation Management or information technology.


  • 5-7 years experience in IT supply Chain, Transportation system implementation and project management.


  • SAP Certification
