Reporting to the VP, Strategy, Product Management & Marketing, the Director, Global Downstream Marketing is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies and programs that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth across ChemTreat's strategic markets and regions.
This role owns ChemTreat's global demand generation strategy and marketing-generated pipeline while leading Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Brand Management, Events, Marketing Operations, and Sales Enablement - partnering closely with Strategic Planning, Product Strategy, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, Technical Services, and Regional Commercial Leaders to align global marketing activities with the company's growth objectives.

Glen Allen, VA headquarters, with work-from-home flexibility one day per week.
In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like: Demand Generation & Revenue Growth - Owning ChemTreat's demand generation strategy and execution, delivering qualified leads and marketing-generated pipeline that support commercial growth objectives.
- Developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing programs across digital, content, email, webinars, events, social media, marketing automation, and account-based marketing.
- Partnering with commercial leaders to align marketing programs with growth plans, revenue targets, and customer acquisition objectives.
Marketing Communications & Brand Management - Leading global marketing communications and brand strategy.
- Managing ChemTreat's brand identity, messaging, positioning, and value proposition across all regions and customer touchpoints.
Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations - Leading ChemTreat's global digital marketing strategy, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email, marketing automation, and the broader marketing technology stack.
- Developing dashboards and reporting tools to monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment.
Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence - Leading Voice of Customer, NPS, customer satisfaction, and win/loss programs.
- Translating customer insights into recommendations that improve customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
Commercialization & Product Support - Partnering with Product Strategy and Product Management to support commercialization of new products and solutions.
- Supporting go-to-market plans, launch campaigns, and customer adoption programs.
- Supporting commercialization and positioning of solutions that contribute to customer ESG and sustainability goals.
Leadership & Organizational Development - Leading and developing a high-performing global downstream marketing organization.
- Managing agency and external partner relationships.
- Developing annual operating plans, budgets, and performance objectives for the downstream marketing function.
Veralto & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinating with Veralto operating companies on platform-level marketing initiatives.
Essential Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including demonstrated success leading demand generation, marketing communications, digital marketing, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Experience managing teams and delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into impactful customer-facing programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and technology platforms.
- Industrial, manufacturing, water treatment, or related industry experience strongly preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus / Incentive Pay.
